This high profile organisation is looking for an experienced change manager for the implementation of a new system across 20+ locations, with the system roll out looking to effect the work of many staff across the state.

This opportunity will require your experience to ensure the transition from a legacy environment to a totally re-engineered organisation with efficient processes to better deliver its services to over 5,000+ customers. This will be a major challenge that will utilise all your experience as it will also require a major element of cultural change.

Based in the southern suburbs, you will be responsible for change/transition management for this new system and you will also play a critical role in the success of the project. Tasked with finalising the overall strategy and implementation plan you will also be required to:

Initiate the implementation plan across the whole organisation

Mentor internal staff, coaching them to carry out the devised plan.

Delegate roles and responsibilities throughout the timeline of the implementation plan.

Overall preparation of the organisation for the implementation.

Work with marketing to develop marketing and press releases as needed.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:

Exceptional leadership and communication skills

Experience developing an organisational change management strategy and its implementation

Be able to communicate concepts with all levels of business through different mediums

Superior stakeholder liaison skills

Experience with internal training

While not essential to the role, the IT focus of this project means an advantage to candidates with specific IT system change management implementation experience.
