employment terms and conditions and contractual arrangements.
In this role, you will have responsibility for:
- Providing high quality advice, education, coaching, consultation and support on HR and IR matters.
- Case managing and facilitating the resolution of industrial grievances and performance management.
- Contributing to the development and review of policies and procedures.
- Conducting various projects related to HR and IR.
Your commitment to excellence in employee relations in an organisation undergoing change, in addition to your high level communication skills, pragmatic resolve and consultative, service
based approach, will position you well for this role.
