Our client a well respected and progressive aged care provider have an opening for a Clinical Care Co-ordinator at one of their facilities in the west side of Melbourne. This facility offers high and low care accommodation.
An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Division 1 Nurse to step into this position.
Working alongside the manager you will continue to drive the facility forward and support their team.
To be successful in this role you will be a Division 1 Nurse and have a proven track record in the following.
- Outstanding knowledge of aged care legislation, continuous quality improvement and ACFI documentation
- A strong attention to detail
- Outstanding and effective communication skills
- Strong assessment skills
- Committment to continuous improvement and best practice
- Mentor and coach staff
- Be able to lead by example
- The ability to do rosters.
Most importantly, you will be passionate about making a difference to the lives of the residents.
