Position Focus:

• To successfully facilitate a return to pre-injury/new employment for injured workers
• To source work hardening placements with host employers
• To successfully place clients in sustainable alternative employment when appropriate
• To effectively achieve required outcomes and meet billing targets

 

Duties

• Conducting Funcational Job Descriptions for Capacity Reviews
• Conducting ADL's, JA's, WSA's
• Manual Handling Training
• Ergonomic Assessments
• Preparation of reports within KPI's

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to organise self and to effectively prioritise work
• Mediation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• High level of interpersonal skills and ability to relate to clients from a variety of economic and cultural backgrounds
• A proactive approach to all aspects of work and effective problem solving
• Ability to deliver reports within required timeframes
• Competent computer skills
• Excellent time management

 

Qualifications/Experience:

Applicants must have a degree or graduate diploma in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy as prescribed accreditation by WorkCover SA

 

Remuneration:
