Position Focus:
- To successfully facilitate a return to pre-injury/new employment for injured workers
- To source work hardening placements with host employers
- To successfully place clients in sustainable alternative employment when appropriate
- To effectively achieve required outcomes and meet billing targets
Duties
- Conducting Funcational Job Descriptions for Capacity Reviews
- Conducting ADL's, JA's, WSA's
- Manual Handling Training
- Ergonomic Assessments
- Preparation of reports within KPI's
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to organise self and to effectively prioritise work
- Mediation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- High level of interpersonal skills and ability to relate to clients from a variety of economic and cultural backgrounds
- A proactive approach to all aspects of work and effective problem solving
- Ability to deliver reports within required timeframes
- Competent computer skills
- Excellent time management
Qualifications/Experience:
Applicants must have a degree or graduate diploma in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy as prescribed accreditation by WorkCover SA
