 This role will suit a change agent with a preparedness to play the role of Captain/Coach in developing the existing team and steering ????? ?????/NT and WA businesses through a period of ambitious, yet well planned growth of market share.

 

The State Manager will primarily be measured on executing the sales management plan with existing and new key accounts; hands-on sales team coaching; stock management and inventory turns and the implementation of a customer service charter that will define the company’s value proposition.
