With full order books and an ever increasing demand for their expertise; an opportunity currently exists for a Building Services Engineer to join their team and manage the design, coordination, installation and final project delivery of services within varied construction projects.
With extensive services experience you will have reached a point in your career whereby new challenges are required and what better challenge than overseeing and ultimately managing the whole conceptual design, installation and delivery process. Your experience will include a solid foundation in either Mechanical or Electrical Building Services design and ideally you will have coordination of services experience along with on site knowledge and spatial awareness. To compliment this, a background in contracting and commissioning of services equipment would also be favorable as it will have allowed you to build skills in the estimation and procurement of materials along with an understanding of project management and overall project delivery.
Whilst tertiary qualifications in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering would be ideal your suitability for this position will be determined by your years of experience which will encompass both site and design based knowledge. With exceptional interpersonal skills you will be competent in dealing with and managing contractors, sub contractors, architects, clients, design consultants and other site and office based personal.
