A fantastic opportunity exists from a Tier 1 Construction Company for a Cost Planner/Scheduler to join their specialised team.
Your primary focus will be to provide cost management support by identifying and reporting upon risks and opportunities throughout the development phase of the project. Some key responsibilities will be:
- Assess material and quantity variations during design development phase
- Prepare material and construction cost estimates to determine implications of design variations on original project budgets
- Review rates and assess impact on original project budgets
To be considered candidates most possess experience in preparing cost plans/estimates from multidisciplinary engineering designs. Ideally the successful candidate will be efficient in Primavera.
