Our Client is currently looking for Construction Manager in South Australia who have extensive experience in a CM role particularly with projects that are high in dollar value in the Building Construction Industry and specifically structurally to oversee the project Managers.
Your already local experience willl be advantageous when :
- Managing staff to conditions
- Intepretation of Drawings
- Exceptional computer Building / Construction software skills
- Intepretation of Drawings
- Effective commuication with Clients both internally & externally
- Working to budget
- Working to time / deadlines on respective budgets
- Reporting to Management on project progress
- Experience with Tier 1 organization or larger Tier 2 organization
- Flexible " Can do attitude"
- Generation of reports
- Reporting to stakeholders and at times third parties
- Proactive regading Occupational Health & Safety
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and supervisors
-the ability to idetify issues on projects and
- the ability to effectively communicate with Contracts and Procurement
- your qualifications may be an advantage
- coordination of meetings to keep all staff updated
