 With a steady workload and a successful conversion-rate the focus of the role is not to under-cut or take risks, but to use their stream-lined systems and take advantage of their strong relationships with QLDs premier sub-contractor base. 

Duties will include: 

• Vetting of the tender documents for any specific programme limitations or restrictions or which may have an impact on our tender.
• Electronic preparation of Bills of Quantities if required (Builders quantities).
• Co-ordination of the electronic distribution of tender documentation to suitable subcontractors and suppliers.
• Liaise with Project Planner to develop tender programme
• Arrange & chair any necessary internal pre-tender submission meetings and tender adjudication meeting.
• Conclude all pricing of the BoQ and Preliminaries, complete subcontract comparisons.
• Attend post tender meetings/negotiations with the clients representatives.
• Value Engineering at pre and post tender stage

 The successful estimator will have a proven background working on projects up to $20M.
