Focusing on projects valued up to $40m in the commercial sector this company actively works on its corporate culture to promote a professional and friendly environment where every team member is recognised and valued. With a steady stream of work they are in a secure position in the Adelaide market.

Reporting to the Director and working with the management team you will be responsible for preparing & submitting tender estimates on high profile South Australian projects. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with existing and future clients, negotiating and awarding packages to subcontractors, and dealing with other external parties.

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced estimator who has proven experience on winning projects valued over $25m. You will be an individual who enjoys a team environment and has a positive impact on other team members.
