Scholarship Co-ordinator

  • Salary Package $57,000-$62,000 pro-rata (inclusive of 9% Super)

    Overview
    The Scholarship Program Co-ordinator is responsible for all scholarship-related activities. This includes the promotion, advertising, selection, reporting and payment of all scholarships, fellowships and grants. It also includes the co-ordination of all the bequest, donor and sponsorship funding which underpins scholarships. The role includes significant relationship management of current and potential benefactors, donors and sponsors.
     
    The key areas of responsibility are:
    • Budget setting and monitoring.
    • The promotion, advertising, selection, reporting and payment of all scholarships.
    • The co-ordination of all the bequest, donor and sponsorship funding for scholarships. 
    • Relationship management of current and potential benefactors, donors and sponsors.
    • Undertaking fundraising and promotional activities in conjunction with Foundation staff.
    • Providing administrative support to key related stakeholder bodies within the College
    The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and skills:
    • Proven organisational ability. Able to complete tasks within deadlines.
    • Experience with monitoring ????? ????? basic financial management.
    • High attention to detail
    • Project management experience (desirable but not essential)
    • High level competency in Word, Access, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
    • High level interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, Fellows of the College, individuals from external organisations and benefactors.
