Based on reception, you will be the face and voice of this company, confident at liaising with clients and staff at all levels. As a key member of the organisation, you will have immaculate presentation and the ability to focus on multiple tasks and priorities.
A primary responsibility of this role will be to answer the switchboard in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all calls are announced.
Other duties will include:
- Greeting clients upon arrival
- Coordinating meeting rooms
- Incoming and outgoing mail and organising couriers
- Record incoming and outgoing tenders
- General administration duties
A high degree of professionalism and corporate communication skills are imperative to the success of this role. A minimum typing speed of 50wpm with high accuracy is essential as is an intermediate proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications.
