Supporting an Executive and his small team, this position will offer you the opportunity to play a key role in the business.

Your responsibilities will be varied and changing on a daily basis. Duties will include:

  • Daily liaison with all levels of staff and clients
  • Organise executive calendars and ensure required materials for appointments are efficiently prepared
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements
  • Organise and maintain electronic and manual files, records and other materials
  • Minute taking
  • Secretarial support including drafting of correspondence

The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting at the senior level, in a professional services environment. You will have strong interpersonal skills, display dedication and initiative in your work and be a motivated team player. It is essential that you maintain intermediate to advanced skills in the MS Office suite of applications and a minimum typing speed of 60wpm.
