Senior Administration Officer - Yorke Peninsula

  • Our client, a leading Australian agribusiness, providing a diverse range of services, including storage, processing, logistics and grain marketing services. As Australia’s leading malt producer as well as operating a rural services division that provides wool and livestock exports, agchem, fertiliser and financial services to growers.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer focussed individual to join the Yorke Peninsula team. The Senior Administration Officer in conjunction with the Senior Management team, will be involved in standardising the operational and administrative procedures across the Yorke Peninsula.

    Reporting to the Business Manager – Yorke Peninsula the responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

    • Direct Supervision of up to 5 permanent and 3 casual employees.
    • Updating and maintaining procedures/files on a daily basis with no input errors
    • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
    • Ensuring ????? ????? systems are kept in an organised and up to date manner
    • Assisting the management team when required
    • Facilitation of SHE Plans and training programs.
    • Invoice Management

    You will have well developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to learn quickly and accept new challenges. You will possess skills in the MS office suite of applications, payroll processing, invoice management and stock reconciliation. Some operational exposure would be an advantage.
