Learning & Development Administrator

Twelve month Contract

Full Time / Part Time available

Based in Adelaide CBD

This twelve-month contract role will see you work as an integral member of our Learning & Development team, providing administrative support and facilitating efficient delivery of key L&D initiatives and programs. This will incorporate managing our training calendar and delivery schedule, room & venue bookings, processing of training invoices, SAP scheduling & updates and the set up and maintenance of training rooms. You will also have the opportunity to coordinate external vendors associated with the Coles training program. With your passion for process improvement you will work to improve L&D processes and procedures to increase the learner experience and trainer efficiencies.

You will be a self-starter with the ability to effectively coordinate the administration aspects of a large and diverse training program. Your experience in an administration focused role and proficiency with MS Office applications will be the ideal basis for success. Your high attention to detail and ability to work with conflicting and changing deadlines will see you excel. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will see you become an integral member of the team.
