In this autonomous role, you will be responsible for liaising with and assisting clients to ensure that ASIC statutory lodgement obligations are met. You will also provide a range of secretarial support to a team of Accountants.
You will complete tasks such as:
• Preparation of ASIC documents and monitoring ????? ????? payment responsibilities, including annual company statements
• Preparation of documentation for incorporation of new companies
• Maintenance of internal company payments register
• Database Maintenance
• Typing of correspondence for partners, managers and staff as required
• Prepare invoices for accounting group
• Meeting Coordination
• Travel bookings
• Other general duties as required
It is essential that you have previous experience working in the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to ASIC documents. You will also maintain an intermediate proficiency in MS Office and a typing speed of 50wpm with high accuracy. Key to your success will be your adaptable and flexible approach to team work along with your meticulous attention to detail and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Ideally you will have experience utilising MYOB.
