Our client, one of Adelaide's highest volume Motor Dealers located in the Northern suburbs requires the services of a Warranty Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis as soon as possible. Your duties whilst not limited to will include: Database Maintenance Liaising with clients re their warranty requirements Submitting details to vehicle manufacturers for approval Working to strict deadlines to get work complete in required timeframe Liaising with internal service advisers in relation to queries on claims administration As well as other administrative functions to support this very busy service division To be successful you will have motor industry experience, Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, the ability to work to tight timeframes, great attention to detail and be passionate about joining an organisation thats main focus is exceptional customer service.
