With around 10 professional staff, this firm has amazing support in terms of administrative staff and the training is equal to that of a Big 4 firm- just without the formality! If you consider yourself a high flyer in your current firm and feel you don’t want to ride the corporate wheel your whole life, than this may be for you. Everyone here is exposed to clients, including graduates, and jokes will be mandatory in the interview! Opportunities to develop other income streams and investments are strongly encouraged.

Both these roles are pretty flexible in terms of experience, however minimum expectation for the Senior role is about 5 years post graduate experience so you can easily start mentoring ????? ????? between 18 months and 3 years experience.

In the Manager’s role partnership will be discussed at interview, however even the format of partnership is unique and needs to be seen to be believed. This ex Big 4 Director has truly developed a firm like no other, proably that sort of culture you only hear about at places like Google and Microsoft. As long as everyone is genuinely happy and making excellent money, he is content.

At the moment the firm is turning away some great clients, so capacity is there for at least 4 senior staff, at least one genuine Manager or Senior Manager. The only limitations that will be placed on these roles is a need for proven performers who can self manage, inspire others and a love for long lunches and having fun with clients.
