A varied and challenging role exists for a motivated Management Accountant to join a division of this successful, high growth organisation. The principle responsibilities will be to work with a select group of qualified people to ensure that the management accounting process provides maximum value to Finance Management and relevant key stakeholders as possible.

Functional responsibilities will include; consolidation and preparation of company monthly results; variance analysis of actuals and forecasts against budget, including provision of meaningful commentaries; ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies manual; investigate implications of new accounting standards and work with other key stakeholders.

This role will require a hands-on Management Accountant who has the desire to further their career and experience in a fast-paced environment. Through your developed communicate and interpersonal skills, you will proactively assist all areas of the business as required and offer process improvement initiatives to drive the business and reporting process forward. To support your motivated and ambitious approach, you will have completed relevant tertiary qualifications and CPA/CA qualifications will be highly regarded.
