Your opportunity to join this fantastic organisation as Credit Controller has arrived! Your role is to liaise with customers to ensure accounts are paid within terms, overdue accounts are followed up in a professional manner, payments are accurately allocated and reconciled and bad debts are minimised.

Customer contact will be in the form of telephone and written communication as well as face-to-face to ensure that customer service standards are at an optimum level and outstanding rapport is developed. Whilst the Adelaide ledger is already recognised as being the best in the country, we are looking for someone who is always striving to exceed expectations and further improve results.

You are a bright and bubbly person who is resilient and confident. Your accuracy and eye for detail will see that accounts are accurately reconciled and your ambitious nature means that you are keen to succeed and can identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline departmental processes. Your intermediate to advanced Excel skills will be put to good use for reporting and data analysis purposes and your passion and determination will see you demonstrate results.
