Electroboard, Australia’s largest supplier of Business Presentation Technology are seeking a customer focused person with experience in Audio Visual (AV) to provide Audio Visual service and support to our Government & Private Corporate Customers from our Adelaide Branch servicing the Metro/CBD.
This exciting and stimulating role includes responsibilities in a variety of different environments such as AV corporate support, troubleshooting diagnosis & repair in the field and workshop, providing technical assistance to our staff and customers, maintenance of products and evaluation QA of new products.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic individual who has the ability to remain calm and focused in a busy environment, has advanced customer and communication skills, good computer knowledge as well as excellent technical fault finding skills relating to AV Systems.
Experience with diagnosing and resolving problems with integrated audio visual systems including Projector, Video Conference Systems and AV Control Systems is essential to the role.
