Join one of Adelaide's most respected firms and join their leading corporate/commercial team today. Our client is after a senior lawyer who is capable of mentoring juniors and running complex corporate matters autonomously. You will also preferably have experience in the following areas:

• Private equity, and in particular fund structuring;
• Corporations Act advisory;
• ASX Listing rules advisory;
• Australian Financial Services Licensing;
• Capital raisings including IPO's;
• Investment funds & managed investment schemes;
• Director liabilities & board responsibilities;
• Corporate governance issues.

As a successful candidate you will have between 6 - 10 years post qualified
experience and a solid background in corporate law gained from a similar fast past environment. You will possess excellent communications skills, enjoy working in a team and advanced client relationship/building skills.
 
This role will see you working alongside the Managing Partner of the firm where you will undoubtedly grow as a lawyer.
