This is a great opportunity for an intermediate to senior lawyer (including senior associate level) to join this premier Adelaide law firm.
The practice group works on a wide range of corporate advisory matters, and have forged an enviable reputation in South Australia and nationally.
You can expect to be given the opportunity to work on the following:
- Mergers & acquisitions;
- Takeovers;
- Capital raisings;
- Corporate governance;
- ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act advice;
- Investment funds; and,
- Debt issues.

To be successful for this role, you will have at least 4 years experience in corporate advisory from a recognised firm.
