The ideal candidate will have experience across general commercial matters including business structures, commercial agreements, finance and securities, infrastructure projects, joint ventures, liquor and gaming licences, partnerships and trust.
 
You will have at least 5 years commercial experience from a reputable law firm and enjoy mentoring and training junior lawyers. You will have excellent communication and business development skills and generally speaking be a down to earth individual.
