The practice group works on a wide range of corporate advisory matters, and have forged an enviable reputation in South Australia and nationally. You can expect to be given the opportunity to work on the following: - Mergers & acquisitions;
- Takeovers;
- Capital raisings;
- Corporate governance;
- ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act advice;
- Investment funds; and,
- Debt issues.
