Our client is an established global company. They are now looking to hire a dynamic lawyer for their established team, who can bring with them solid experience in commercial and IT law.
In this role you will review, draft and negotiate a large number of medium to complex client transactions within a corporate environment. You will manage and advise the senior management team on legal and commercial risks associated with key aspects of the business.
The succesful candidate wil possess between 3-6 years of transactional experience of commercial or IT work gained within a commercial law firm or in house legal team
