Our client is an established company. They are now looking to hire a dynamic junior IT lawyer for their established team.
In this role you will work closely with senior lawyers and the business and assist in the review, drafting and negotiation a large number of medium to complex client transactions within a corporate environment. You will also advise the business on legal and commercial risks associated with key aspects of the business.
The succesful candidate wil possess between 1-3 years PAE commercial IT experience gained within a commercial law firm or in house legal team
