My client is a market leader offering ????? ????? to work in interesting and challenging projects. They have a requirement for a Level 3 Infrastructure Exchange Messaging Specialist.
The Role:
You will be a messaging specialist that can work across multiple enterprise environments. You will be responsible for driving initiatives, problem investigation and resolution and performing level 3 operational support. You will perform a Lead Technical role in operational improvement and proactively identify issues and resolve them. You will be engaged in Problem and Incident Management for Exchange issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Working in an Enterprise environment and high level solutions and architectures
- 3 - 5 years MINIMUM experience supporting Exchange 2003 and or 2007
- Experience with Sharepoint 2003 and or 2007
- Design level knowledge of Exchange
- High level documentation skills
- Change Management and or ITIL principles
- Sound knowledge of Infrastructures and architectures
- Competent in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and WINS
- System maintenance (patching and updates)
- Technical leadership or mentoring ????? ?????
- Experience with ISA 2004 & 2008
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (ex MCSE)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Can work as a team or independently
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
