  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, sales / customer service focused recruitment consultant within the health and community care division of Randstads Adelaide office.  In this role you will be required to work autonomously on end to end recruitment and as part of a team for international recruitment.

    What is of most importance in the role is

    • proven ability  to establish and nurture client relationship
    • proven ability to deliver the highest level of customer service to clients and candidates
    • proven ability to meet designated targets
    • normal office hours, however some flexibility is required to cover the international business
    • background in the health industry an advantage, but not mandatory
    • cultural fit to this position
    • organizational skills
    • excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
