This market leading financial services company utilise their innovative leasing and rental products to help reduce the risk company’s face in purchasing expensive equipment.  Due to internal movement’s we are currently seeking a BDM who has the drive and tenacity to grow an existing portfolio of clients.  This challenging role offers you the chance to work with a market leader who will value your contribution and offer significant career development opportunities.  

You will be required to substantially grow an existing portfolio through the utilisation of your existing business development skills and networks.  In addition you will ensure you proactively manage the existing client base so as to maximise profitability and ensure a high level of customer retention.  In this role you will be adequately supported by a large back office team and first rate processes and systems. 

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the area of leasing, rental and equipment finance, be a strong networker and possess excellent communication skills.  You will be comfortable presenting business solutions to senior executives and above all you will come with a passionate attitude. You will boast proven business development skills and preferably you will have a strong understanding of structuring financial deals for top tier organisations.
