Kinetic Defence is the leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Defence and Aerospace industries. Our client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer who is looking for a challenging position with a Defence industry leader.
The successful candidate will be tasked to support the project team in Systems Engineering ????? ????? of the Requirements Management function. This role will open up senior roles within the organisation across a number of sectors (eg, government, banking, manufacturing).
Responsibilities
- Manage the project specification and verification hierarchy in a DOORS environment.
- Provide Systems Engineering ????? ????? the project team including Requirements Management, Requirements Development, and Verification and Validation.
- Participate in the Systems Engineering, Requirements Working Group, and V&V Working Group.
- Customisation of the DOORS Requirements Management environment to suit project needs.
- Support the application of the Requirements Management and Development Policies in accordance with CMMI.
- Development and maintenance of processes and procedures related to the above activities (in particular Requirements Management).
Experience/ Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field.
- Experience in the performance of a Systems Engineering ????? ????? Management position on a major defence (preferably) systems project.
- MUST be an Australian citizen.
