Our client is national leader in it's field that provide telecommunication products and services to SME's throughout Australia. They have a large office in Adelaide, based South of the CBD in St Marys that is continuing to expand, and are seeking to appoint an experienced contact centre team leader to drive a new sales team within their business.
We are keen to attract a sales leader that is passionate about their team and driven to achieve results. They will have a proven background in exceeding targets through coaching and empowering staff and the utilisation of best practice. Your experience will demonstrate an understanding of contact centres and you will be passionate about pursuing a career within a related field.
This role offers the opportunity to join a successful management team that can boast many years of service for the business. The successful candidate will be offered a very appealing salary, and will also enjoy working Monday - Friday business hours.
