My client is one of Australias leading Facilities Management service providers, who currently provide both hard and soft service solutions to a diverse client base nation-wide. This client is urgently seeking applications for a Project Officer/ Manager to undertake a key role for one its major clients in Adelaide.
You will be working within a broad-spectrum team of construction, property and facilities professionals, which deliver a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects. This is a diverse and challenging opportunity, as you will be expected to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, taking projects from their inception to completion.
You will be expected to manage 3-5 projects simultaneously with overall responsibility for design, program and financial management, whilst reporting back to management and other stakeholders in a timely manner. This is a hands on role where you will have direct influence on all aspects of your projects, so good all round technical knowledge will be highly regarded.
You will be from either a tertiary educated or construction trade background, but most importantly have a minimum of 2 years Project Management experience delivering ????? ????? $1M, within a construction, client side or Facility Management setting. You must be an excellent organiser, have superb communication skills and have the people skills to cope with the demands of this dynamic role.
