Rare opportunity to join one of Australia's leading developer/builders working as Contracts Administrator on a mixed new build commercial project valued up to $50M. This building group also covers iconic office, government, retail and leisure projects in the $5M - $100M range throughout Australia and is continuously winning work!
This is an opportunity to make the transition to the next level of your career . You will work on a large individual project in the first instance alongside an excellent Project Manager who will guide and expand your skills to enable you the chance to work as a PM on your own projects in the long term should you want to. Continuous guidance, support and direction from inception through to delivery.
It is expected that you will hold around 5 year’s relevant contracts administration experience with large commercial contractors, ideally within Australia, and hold a tertiary background. You must be driven and hungry to succeed and be looking to grow with this highly regarded company. This company can offer job security as the pipeline of work is definite - few companies can say the same!
Package to $120K depending on experience.
