World Vision is Australia’s largest overseas aid and humanitarian organisation. As well as providing relief in emergency situations, we work on long-term development projects with local communities to address the causes of poverty and help them become self-sufficient. Our mission is to engage Australians in the effort to eliminate poverty and its causes.
As a World Vision Church Volunteer you will:
• Promote Child Sponsorship and World Vision Products
• Set up, maintain and pack down a presentation
• Complete administrative forms
• Provide feedback to the Church Segment Manager
To be successful, you will need:
• Have the ability to proactively and effectively engage with the Church Community
• Self motivation, high self-esteem and high energy
• Firm commitment and reliability
Attendance at training on the 22nd of October, from 6.00pm – 9.00pm, is compulsory and conducted at World Vision Australia, South Australian State Office.
