Our client, an International Market Leader located on the city fringe requires the services of a Personal Assistant to support the Senior Management team.
Your duties, whilst not limited to, will include:
- Screening of calls
- Diary Management
- Meeting Coordination
- Agendas
- Minutes of Meetings
- Email correspondence
- Travel arrangements
- Expense reconciliation
- Typing letters and documentation as well as other administrative and support functions as they arise.
To be successful you will have current Personal Assistant experience, be used to working in a fast paced, high pressure environment and be able to juggle the requirements of the Senior Management team.
You will also have advanced Microsoft Word, Intermediate/Advanced Excel and PowerPoint and 60 wpm typing.
