If you are an Intermediate accountant looking to progress your career, you will have your CA or CPA fees paid up front and will be assigned a mentor within the Firm who will be available to 'tutor' you and answer any questions you may have while completing your studies. This large firm always has several people completing these courses at any 1 time so you will have the opportunity to join study groups with them. In addition, structured internal training sessions as well as industry leading computer based assistance programs will be available for your usage.
