Vehicle Administration Manager

  • One of Adelaide’s most prestigious and successful motor dealerships located in the inner southern suburbs requires the services of a Vehicle Administration Manager to join their team.

    The main responsibilities of this position include:

    ·  Maintain and monitor the finance of all vehicles;
    ·  Confirm invoices for vehicles;
    ·  Stock control;
    ·  Reconcile all vehicle related general ledger accounts;
    ·  Prepare monthly sales sheets, commissions, and bonus claims;
    ·  Analyse and summarise profits;
    ·  Oversee and manager 4 staff; and
    ·  all ad hoc reports and duties as required.

    To be successful for this role you will be have management experience together with an accounts background. You will show great attention to detail and be eager to join a successful and expanding organisation. You will enjoy a diverse and varied role where you will be required to juggle numerous tasks at once and enjoy assisting your colleagues in other areas of the business when required.
