12 Month Maternity Leave Position

Currently operating in more than 50 countries, this niche company is the market leader within the information technology industry.
 
As you would expect from being a global brand, maintaining their accounts is crucial and as a result they are seeking a qualified Management Accountant to cover 12 months maternity leave.
 
You will be reporting to the Finance Director and be responsible for the delivery of the full range of accounting practices including timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reporting, variance analysis, assistance in the management of budgeting and forecasting.  Other duties include weekly cash flow management, general ledger reconciliations, maintenance of the fixed asset register in addition to preparation of quarterly BAS.  This crucial appoint requires a commercially astute hands-on Management Accountant to manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including debtors and creditors in addition to assisting the Finance Director with any ad hoc duties as required.
 
Commercially savvy with strong attention to detail, you should hold CA/CPA qualifications or studying towards and proven working experience in a similar capacity.  You pride yourself on the ability to build key relationships with both internal and external contacts.   Your attitude and highly developed analytical and report writing skills will see you as a prime contender for this opportunity.
