As a State Manager in our Retail Channel, you will be challenged by the fast pace, but will enjoy this tremendous opportunity to hit the ground running in a newly merged company. 
 
Opportunities like this don't come along often!  You will be responsible for driving the state's sales targets and managing the store and area management teams.  One of the most exciting pieces of this role is to implement the VHA Customer Experience program, which you'll be able to influence.  You'll set store standards across the state and monitor the progress. You'll be responsible for setting the team culture, and aligning that to VHA's overall corporate culture.  
 
To succeed in this role you will have a proven track record in an Area Management and/or State Manager role, with a strong emphasis on sales and people development. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and an enthusiastic approach to motivating teams across the state to achieve sales targets.
