Expect A Star Education Services are looking for a 'STAR' candidate to take on a new position of Centre Director working in the Mawson area.  This centre prides itself on always providing a high standard of quality and care for all their children and there is currently an opportunity for you to be an integral part of this. 

My client is after someone who has previous extensive experience as a centre director.  Who has an understanding of the business side of running a centre, from financial, to staffing, to marketing, regulations, accreditations etc.

Your key accountabilities will include 

• The overall management of the day to day operation of the centre 
• To effectively manage, lead and support the centre team 
• Oversee the development of the centre based early childhood program 
• Relationships with children 
• Develop and maintain relationships with families and carers 
• Participate in the team environment 
• To work within a legal and ethical framework

You will have experience working within a similar role previously highlighting your management and relationship building skills. You will have excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team of staff.

The successful applicant will hold tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood, a current Police check and a current First Aid certificate.
