Innovative Business Computing has been in operation since 1994 providing consultants to the public and private sectors. IBC is a privately owned, autonomous, Canberra based company. This allows IBC to provide services individually tailored to each consultants requirements.
Building Strong Relationships
IBC believes to provide its services with a honest and professional approach. IBC works closely together with other organisations to provide focused services that our consultants nominate. These include financial planning, additional employment opportunities, salary packaging, superannuation and other specialised services.
Professional Business
IBC believes that a professional business would keep their consultants knowledgeable with the latest information about contracting. IBC is a member of the ACT Business Chamber of Commerce, ICTRA, an association of recruitment agencies dealing with consultants, and is a Government Endorsed Supplier.
Being members of these organisations allows IBC to gain access the latest information which then can be passed on to our consultants. This important information could be accessed via our members only web site.
Simple Contracting
IBC was founded by consultants and therefore understands the issues facing consultants in an ever changing marketplace.
An example of making contracting simple is the IBC fee. This fee includes all insurances, liabilities, government taxes and administration charges. This insures that there are no complicated formulas with varying percentages to baffle you.
Working with IBC ensures that there are no need to consider the difficulties of running and maintaining your own company with its tax regulations, record keeping, government policies and other company associated requirements. All these issues are taken care of by IBC, so this allows you can concentrate on what you do best. All you have to do is fax a signed timesheet and IBC will take care of the rest.
Flexible Contracting
IBC provides consultants with a genuine vehicle for maximising there income and earning potential. These opportunities may include managing expenses, providing salary sacrifice options, superannuation payments and/or approved ATO taxation deductions.
IBC provides flexible payment options including preparation for holidays, training and perhaps for any unplanned periods without work.
Commitment To Services
IBCs commitment to the excellence of service can be demonstrated by providing consultants with individualised contracts.
IBC contracts do not contain a restrictive clause preventing you from changing your work arrangements with the client at the end of contract. We are confident in the quality of service that we provide that we do not have need the requirement to lock consultants into a fixed agreement beyond the term of the existing contract.
IBC recognises this as an unreasonable practice and does not provide the consultant with the opportunity to evaluate other options at the completion of the current contract without consequence.
Additional Services
IBC consultants are provided with access to IBC business partners who will be able to assist consultants with matters like financial advice, personal insurances and income protection. IBC provides consultants with a company email address, access to a members web page that contains valuable contracting information and IBC related forms and organises functions for consultants to network.
IBC consultants may also receive promotional items such as shirts, business cards, coffee cups and pens.
Cooperation
Many of the additional services that have been added are recommendations made from our team of consultants. We welcome all feedback from our consultants, including the good and the bad. Your opinion is important to us to help improve our business. IBC relies on quality and excellence of service, and this cannot be maintained without consultants providing valuable input.
