Inner Eastern Group Training Inc

 

Inner Eastern Group Training Inc. ie is a not-for-profit organisation, independent and separately incorporated. The core activity of ie, and group training companies in general, is managing the recruitment, training and employment of trainees and apprentices. We actively take part in our wider community through training, traineeships and developing our services to better service all those individuals who participate in any of our numerous programs. To this end we are a Registered Training Organisation and an ISO 9002 certified company, ie is also a member of Group Training Australia and the Australian National Training Authority.

The ie organisation:

• has an ongoing commitment to acting with honesty, integrity and respect towards all participants and funding bodies, whilst pursuing ' best practice' and quality service delivery with various programs to meet the individual needs of participants;

• contributes to the economic development of Australia and Victoria in particular by assisting the process of increasing the skill level of the community;

• will provided effective and efficient training programs with the flexibility to meet the individual needs of the participants, and also continue to develop the awareness within the community of the importance of ongoing adult learning;

• will continue to provide the best potential employees available to meet the specific staff requirements of all the employers on an individual basis;

• is a business organization and as such will reflect a business like approach to corporate structure.
