GWYDER CONSULTING GROUP, established in 2003, is a multi-disciplined consultancy that specialises in performance profiles, cultural audits and personality profiles in relation to specific jobs and organisational contexts.
Our development is based on two key principles – that people are every company's most important resource and that an individuals performance profile, cultural fit and personality are the decisive factors for their results in a given job.
Gwyder Consulting Group was established to provide quality recruitment and management consulting services to the building, construction, distribution and manufacturing industries. It determined early in its evolution that its center of attention would be on recruitment assignments for middle and senior echelon management in a variety of functional quarters including Sales and Marketing, Design, Finance and Administration, Engineering, Operations and General Management.
