Goodwin Recruitment was established with a view to providing a highly professional service in the recruitment of supervisory and management people. Our principal, Peter Goodwin, has been engaged in the recruitment business for over 30 years and we are known and respected as a company which pays individual attention to the needs of both clients and candidates and is highly conscious of the value of time.

We are a boutique style of company and consequently, you can be comfortable about the following:

  • As a candidate - your details will not be released to any organization without your knowledge and approval. You can expect honest and clear communication and follow up from us throughout the entire process.
  • As a client/employer - you will not have your time wasted with a high volume of emailed CVs which bear no resemblance to your needs. If we refer someone to you, it is highly likely that they will fit the bill.

While we certainly have the capacity to recruit for a wide range of industries and vocations, including Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales and Finance, the majority of our business is focused on Construction, Property and the associated Project Management and Engineering fields.
