HR Matters was Australia's first specialist HR recruitment company, established in 1994. Since that time, we've undertaken more than 500 HR recruitment assignments, across all levels and industries, so our understanding of the HR function and how it operates in business is unrivalled. During that time, we've interviewed more than 10,000 HR practitioners, at all levels and across all HR disciplines, so we really understand every type of HR role and know good HR people when we see them.

In the only national survey of Australia's HR recruiters, undertaken by Roy Morgan Research, HR Matters received the highest ranking possible, based on independent feedback received by clients, candidates and the general public.

In 2004, HR Matters joined forces with The SRGroup, a UK-based firm of specialist recruitment businesses with offices in London, Hong Kong and Sydney, including the UK's leading HR recruitment brand, Frazer Jones. Chris Le Coïc remains with HR Matters to lead and develop the business.
