The vast majority of our recruitment is permanent Part Time Sales positions, though we sometimes offer Full Time Sales positions, Management positions and Head Office roles.

What are we looking for?

Sales people who are:
Experienced within a sales/retail/hospitality or customer focused environment.
Mature minded and possess integrity to provide outstanding sales solutions & superior customer service.
Motivated by working towards achieving sales targets & KPI's.
Customer service focused.
Positive & energetic.
Flexible & reliable to work across a seven day rotating roster, including evenings & weekends.
Excellent communicators who possess strong interpersonal & presentation skills.
Able to work unsupervised and demonstrate initiative.
Proven problem solvers.
Interested in telecommunications/mobile phones/wireless technology.
Computer savvy including MS Word, MS Excel, Internet & Email.
Managers must possess:
Previous management experience within a sales, retail, hospitality or customer focused environment.
Willingness to take full accountability for store performance.
Demonstrated financial ability to increase store revenue, gross margin and manage expenses including wages & stock.
A continuous focus on improving in-store merchandising.
A strong customer focus.
Proven leadership & motivational ability.
Business acumen & analytical ability.
An ability to mentor & coach a sales team to achieve/exceed store KPI's.
Experience in conducting employee training & performance management.
An ability to adhere to company policies & procedures.
