Course overview
This course follows on from the Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science) and is designed to provide students with the educational qualification component that forms part of the requirements for registration as architects and for membership of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects.
Course structure
To qualify for the Master of Architecture students must complete the following:
- 14 core units (including 6 half units, 4 single units, 3 double units and 1 triple unit)
- Students who fail a core unit twice are terminated from the course
Entry requirement
Entry to the Master of Architecture is via OUA applications to Curtin University. Applicants must have successfully completed a relevant undergraduate degree in Architecture at any Australian University (or equivalent).
A Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science) with a semester weighted average (SWA) of 60% or better in the final two semesters of study, or an equivalent qualification.
