EDT Global is an Australian owned IT Recruitment Company. EDT Global was formed by three individuals all with a long history in IT recruitment from three key areas; consultancy, operations and as a customer. They realised there was a fundamental gap in the market of IT Recruitment, not in the amount of providers of IT recruitment services (as there are countless agencies as we all know) but in the quality, versatility and integrity of recruiters out there.

The Team

Our team of hand picked consultants each have a minimum of 5 years experience in IT recruitment and are a specialist in a particular technology. The rigorous five part interview process we have in place includes a psychometric test, an aptitude test, an interview with at least two existing consultants, an interview with directors and an interview by one of our long standing clients. On top of this they are referenced diligently.

Each EDT employee has been trained to the highest standards of recruitment and work to a strong code of ethics adhering to the ethos of EDT. Consultants are also empowered to negotiate directly with our clients with little or no intervention by directors, allowing a more efficient recruitment process, speeding the delivery. The operations, payroll and accounts are all a close knit team eliminating the possibilities of being pushed from pillar to post. All staff are driven, customer focused, conscientious and willing to go the extra mile. All this goes to ensure an unparalleled service to our clients and candidates alike.
